ALBANY, Mo. - At it's recent meeting, the Albany Board of Aldermen approved two things. First, they approved the sale of some real estate to the KAK Investment Properties.
City Administrator Derek Brown told KXCV/KRNW that the hope is that it becomes industrial property.
Secondly, the Board of Aldermen agreed to extend the leave time for employees through the end of March.
